How to be happy

HOW TO BE HAPPY

introduction to buddhist meditation

Everybody wants to be happy all the time. But if somebody were to ask us how to achieve this we would not have a clear answer – do you have one?
Happiness is a state of mind. If we understand the mind, we understand happiness. And using the technology of meditation, we can learn to be happy and feel free.
In this course we receive both: explanation on the function of our mind and how to solve our daily problems as well as practical advice on meditation including guided meditations.

What is meditation and how can it help me to be happy? Receive teachings from a qualified teacher and learn how to establish your own meditation routine. Take the first steps to controlling your mind, relaxing and living a meaningful life.

We all know how it feels to be happy, but what exactly is happiness? Why is it so hard to find and maintain? The reason is that we have not identified the actual causes of happiness yet. Take an investigative trip into your own mind and find out yourself-what is happiness?

Why does our search for happiness so often cause frustration and disappointment, but no complete satisfaction?
Change your mindset to a smarter attitude by understanding the inner chains that keep you from being happy and independent.

Becoming angry is a bad mental habit that causes yourself and others nothing but harm. A strong mind never develops anger. Learn about the roots of anger and how to stop it from arising. Enjoy the freedom and calm coming from this knowledge and skill!

Life would be so much more fun if we could stop worrying. Learn how to maintain a relaxed and positive mind even if you have to solve many problems. Save energy and time by controlling your mind.

How many opporttunities have you let pass by because you thought you couldn´t do it? How much time have you wasted on self-doubt? Stop blocking youself and learn how to develop real self-confidence!
