We all want to live carefree. We do a lot to fulfill this wish. Yet all the steps we take in life are usually accompanied by worries.
This blocks us and stands in the way of our happiness. Worrying is a habit of our mind that we can abandon. In this course we will learn how to enjoy a worry-free life with wisdom and confidence.
The event is open to everyone, no previous experience is necessary.

The classes include one or two guided meditations and a practical teaching on how to apply the ancient wisdom of Buddha’s teachings to busy modern life, with many inspiring insights, to help bring more peace and meaning into your daily life.
You can simply drop in whenever you like as each class is self-contained. Classes are held in English, we offer Czech translation.
The Meditation drop-in class introduces basic Buddhist view, meditation and action, along with various other teachings and practices, all within the Mahayana Buddhist tradition of Atisha and Je Tsongkhapa, to help practitioners deepen their knowledge and experience of Buddhism. All the teachings are based on commentaries by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
Everyone is welcome regardless of belief; you do not need to be Buddhist to attend.

Salome Werth is a buddhist teacher and student of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso since 2014. In summer 2020 she took part in the ITTP – a special teacher training program at Manjushri Kadampa Meditation Center in England and is the resident teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center Dresden.
She is an inspiring example of a modern Buddhist practitioner and is dedicated to help everyone to find inner peace and real happiness through Buddha’s timeless teachings and his instructions on meditation.

The NKT IKBU International Spring Festival 2022 will be held at KMC Spain, Málaga, June 10-16.
Before the Festival on June 10 there will be a special ceremony for the opening of the Sixth Kadampa Temple for World Peace.
This will be followed by the empowerment of Je Tsongkhapa and teachings on the Guru Yoga of Guru Sumati Buddha Heruka with Gen-la Kelsang Dekyong.
